**September 16, 2011: Stay of Default Announced for 2010 Cattle, Bison and Sheep producers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan~Given the poor weather conditions and inadequate time to finish livestock, the default date has been stayed to January 15, 2012. Producers must still repay as the inventory is marketed, please see terms and condtions of the application for more information on repayment.

We are a producer-driven, non-profit organization representing over 8,000 Manitoba producers involved in various aspects of the beef cattle industry, including cow/calf, backgrounding, and finishing sectors. MLCA was founded on April 3, 2007 and is governed by a board made up of 13 producer-elected directors who represent different regions of Manitoba.

Please note that there will be a 1% holdback of funds on all loan advances. (To be credited back to loan on payout date)
